  Im pretty they took grilled cheese literal. Burnt cheese and the bread is untouched. Wasn’t even able to eat it, it tasted so bad. And I got this on my lunch break so correcting it wasn’t even possible.

  Nothing rapid about their rapid pickup. Waited over 20 min for my pickup order to even be started and then had to leave before it was ready so I could get to my unit on time for work. This is the 3rd time this same situation has happened, I’ve learned my lesson.

  This is a busy location and they are understaffed, but Joye at the register is an absolute delight, and another friendly employee passed out bakery samples while we waited. They also employ people with disabilities, which is a huge win in my book!

  I prefer to give them no stars at all!! Every single day they are out of something, and I mean everyday! I ordered online....im durn near due to have my baby...I get all the way there and they say they dont hve it! Then ask what else would I like, I ask what are my choices, they only hve one durn soup besides the one I ordered. Idc what time a place closes...you kp serving until your closed!! Ill never ever eat there again, and I dont recommend them at all!! I dont eat McDonald's....but I cant believe they got rid of them for yall 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ #Nostars needed at all!!

  I should have trusted the reviews and gone elsewhere… You would think that with the killer location and constant flow of people, this location would be KILLING it but they can’t be making much money considering they are out of stock on everything. I wasn’t able to order what I wanted originally because they were out of a lot of their options on the menu. Once I arrived, I was informed that they didn’t have any parfaits (this is at 8am) but I could get a fruit cup…. Except they were out of those too. That’s fine, I just needed my other items so I waited… and waited… and waited…. For over 20 minutes past when the app said the order would be ready. At least I’ve got the food! Except… the sausage egg and cheese I got didn’t have cheese! It’s 3 ingredients what the hell That’s alright I got a toasted bagel how could that get messed up? Easily. It wasn’t toasted. I just spent $30 for this. Please take my advice and go down the Hall to the courtyard cafe instead. Eating out of a trashcan in there would be better.
