  I get its 815pm and they close at 9, but that's in 45 minutes!! Everything is worked up and telling guests they can't help them. I get it, you want to get out on time, but this is just unacceptable. Where is the DM to see what is happening in this location? Who is the manager in the building allowing this to happen?

  I’ve been in many locations around the country, was in shock about their products and even worse customer service. Half of my sandwich was only bread, manager quoted “don’t matter if half has no meat is the right amount”. One star is too much here Please make yourself a big favor… don’t visit this location. I think someone in corporate level should be aware or pay attention how Panera reputation is going to the floor in that place. No wonder why it was so empty for breakfast time also you can see so many bad review experiences here.

  I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I figured I couldn’t go wrong at Panera. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. At the White Bridge Road location in Nashville, I tried ordering a breakfast sandwich, but every single one I named, they said they didn’t have the ingredients. When I commented on how everything was out, the employee snapped back that the manager knew and she said it with an attitude which was surprisingly. She also said the manager knew about it. So I went inside to speak with the manager, and he greeted me with an aggressive expression before I even said a word. As I explained what happened, he just stared at me with a rude, dismissive attitude and repeated that they were “out of everything.” It was clear both of them had already spoke about me before I entered the building. The unprofessional behavior from both the employee and the manager was disappointing and unacceptable. I ended up calling and making an official complaint on their complaint line because the experience was that awful. Panera had been a family favorite for years, but this experience has clearly made me aware that this was not the place for me any more.

  Visited PB on 2-20-26...Young lady with red wig that waited on me at the front was blowing & picking nose & never washed her hands. She then put on one glove to hand a customer a pastry. Nastiest I've ever seen.
