  5 stars all around. We popped in after running errands and it was a great move. The place was clean, service was great, food was excellent, but above all our bartender/server Veronica took exceptional care of us and we so appreciate her!

  Service was Amazing! A+++ Potato soup Awesome! Met friends we hadn't seen in 5 years and waiter and manager were very Considerate!

  As we arrived we asked to be seated outside because indoors was unbearably cold. The manager was sitting at a middle table and every table around her was dirty. They had to clean as people were seated, she finally assisted. The waiter was never responsive to our needs, always disappeared. Brought out salads drowning in dressing, asked for new salads with sides of dressing. This was brought out after, long after, our cold disgusting food. All steaks and ribs were under done. Again, needed butter, refills, etc. and after telling the waiter, he disappeared for as long as it would take us to eat everything (but of course we didn't). No waiter in site. All while acting like everything is normal. This is extremely sad because we take the kids here once a year or so and its always so good (at different locations). ***BEWARE, do not come here!!! Seriously DON'T*** Edit* I wrote this in the restaurant and the icing on the cake was leaving. The manager and bartender were outside running around the parking lot like children looking at the moon, commenting on how slow today was and stating, "the work day was just a long paid break". (hope they have cameras). The only thing we can conceive of about the staff at Outback this evening, is they were all intoxicated.

  It had been some time since I had ordered food from Outback choosing to do takeout at other providers. Boy was I mistaken! The food was excellent. The service was great. The only minor thing was my potato could’ve been cooked a little longer. Keep it up outback. I’m home.

  Very deceptive I was charged $20 for the $10.99 unlimited soup and salad after they upcharged me me for every type of soup other than one. The menu is designed to make it look like this upchaege is for the lunch specials but they apply it also to what is labeled as unlimited soup and salad. The manager Stacy is useless and didn’t even bother to come talk to me when I complained about this.
