We don't regularly review restaurants, but this was so incredible that we feel the need to. Small, intimate location. So much thought and care was put into every detail and every facet of the business. And it truly was so much more than a meal; it was an experience. Food and wine were both distinctive and delicious. Service was personal without hovering. Even the 2nd parking lot shared with the business next door. We lucked into finding this place, but would recommend that this become a destination restaurant for anyone in or traveling to the Nashville area.

I pre-ordered tonight’s takeaway dinner, which was French cassoulet with duck confit, garlicky sausage and white beans, topped with homemade breadcrumbs tossed with duck fat. The accompanying salad had roasted butternut squash and chopped pistachios over mixed spring greens with a lemon vinaigrette. It was super easy to finish at home and absolutely delicious! Every bit as good as the cassoulet I had in France! 🇫🇷 I highly recommend this for a special dinner at home.
