- SVSage ValentineApr 2, 20261.0Every single time I order breakfast from this location they cancel the order WHILE IM ALREADY IN LINE FOR MY FOOD. I work crazy hours and if I’m ALREADY IN YOUR LINE the least that can happen is you make my food. Then when you try to call the store there isn’t even an option to talk to anyone inside. The customer service rep has the balls to retort “if you were in line they should’ve given you your food” NO SHIT. NOBODY WANTS TO EAT YOUR LUNCH MENU AT 10:30 IN THE MORNING. I’VE WORKED FAST FOOD AND ITS NOT THIS HARD PEOPLE. Do better! Or at least set your phone up where you can actually hear what’s wrong before it’s just posted online.

- BCBrian CoxMar 1, 20261.0Please never go to the drive thru at this McDonald's. I have stopped there twice, both times we have left with the wrong order and not caught it in time to go back. I called the customer service line and there is no direct line to the store. If you want a refund you have to go to the store within 48 hours of the order. Since I don't go that direction offer I have to eat the cost because there were zero of our order correct. I am sure the person who got our order was pretty disappointed too based on what they ordered.
