  This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the U.S. The Big Mac was assembled perfectly - neat, precise, balanced, and unusually well made. Honestly, it was the best-looking and most carefully made Big Mac I’ve ever had in the States. Thank you - it was excellent. #1610

  It seems the employees are just going through the motions and not paying attention to what they're doing. My son was so excited to eat his favorite cookies, and what we received was a tower of dough and chocolate chips. I ordered a McFlurry with extra hot fudge sauce, and they forgot it, and I waited 15 minutes for an apple pie.🤷🏼‍♀️

  Had to put in my own order through kiosk. Multiple orders came out wrong, fries didn't come out with rest of food. Had to walk the managers through my recipt to prove I ordered correctly. We ended up being there for over 40 minutes, 25 minutes waiting for the orders to be corrected and out fries. Everyone ended up eating cold food. People were nice and the restaurant was clean.

  Been currently on a 30 minute wait for a lunch of 2 items. Nothing major but they cant do basic food without it being cold. Its honestly a disappointing thing when a store that uses automated ordering still cant seem to do basics.
