  I should have took pic but didn’t think about it at the time I ordered a sausage biscuit hash brown and milk thru the app went thru drive thru and I took a bite of hash brown and it was overcooked to a crisp and then I also realized the bottom of the bag was sulked in grease to the point the napkins and ketchup at the bottom of bag was also grease I went back thru drive thru gave it to lady who handed me my order showing her how the bottom of bag was full of grease she went and got the manager the lil Latino male manager who is always there in the daytime he came back to the drive thru and actually questioned me and denied it like I dipped the bag into grease myself and I was initially asking for a fresh hashbrown we went back n forth with him being sarcastically disrespectful with a smirk on his face like I was lying and it ended with him telling me to pull up to next window and he gave me $2 back for the hashbrown and was talking Spanish acting as if he couldn’t speak English when I asked him did he think I did that to bag when they clearly gave me the order like that he finally said have a nice day and slam the window in my face but he disrespected me by challenging me as if I was lying about them serving me a bag with grease at bottom and reluctantly gave me back $2 him being a manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional to treat me like that sorry I forgot to take photos didn’t think it would escalate cause I just initially wanted fresh hashbrown in fresh bag

  Lemonade at this location is charged like Orange Juice. Not sure if it’s all locations doing this now or just this one. Received a normal large lemonade at Dickerson pike location just 5 days ago then I come here and it’s considered McCafé now. It doesn’t state this in the app, so if you order a medium or large meal with a lemonade you will receive an entire size smaller at this location.

  Maybe I’m an easy sell, but I love it that they call me a valued customer. For an occasional treat, I love their caramel frappe or a crispy, crunchy, hashbrown. Their mobile app also makes it so easy to place your order. The best part, in today’s fast paced world, the pleasant customer service is a cherry on top.

  I placed an order on the Mc Donald's App at 4:15AM when I arrived at the 24 hour Mc Donald's Drive thru they said they don't open until 6AM. I did not get my food.
