  Look, I know it's McDonald's so the bar is not exactly high. But If I were you, I would go to any other location in the city other than this one.

  No soap in men's bathroom, tried to go up front to simply let someone know. Four people looked straight at me and walked on by! Do better

  Please educate Staff and management on Mcdonalds GOLDEN RULE !!! I have visited this McDonalds daily for 3 years because it's the closest and most inexpensive place to get a hot meal. The managers and staff will walk through the dining room slapping people's tables and demanding they leave and only have a 30 min window to eat their meal ( this is usually only enforced during EXTREME weather like yesterday for example) I was told this in the AM and again in the PM. There was 3 people in the dining room at 6pm mind you. This is the only establishment in this community that has a loitering policy during extreme weather conditions targeting the unhoused portion of the community. Shame on you McDonalds for discriminating against vulnerable community members, you take their money but won't allow them to eat indoors, are giving them a time frame in which they are allowed to be in the establishment based on status. Kindness is free, our community deserves good leaders to teach their staff inclusion, compassion and love. Hands down the most hateful and rude employees and management I have ever dealt with. Having receipts snatched from my hand when they make a mistake, never greeted or acknowledged when standing at the counter.

  I have never been to this McDonalds and anyone is in a good mood or friendly. Sadly this is the closest one to me at work and I don’t have another that I could go to that would fit in my typical break time but if I could…. I WOULD. I get life sucks but like being so rude to customers is unnecessary. And it’s every. single. time. Get it together.
