  I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal when I got to the second window fries were literally cold I asked for fresh fries the Hispanic lady snatched them and had a whole attitude on top of this I also DoorDash at night time and usually I always get the order on the drive thru I was told that I had to come inside so I try to open the doors and they are closed so I go back to the drive thru and tell the gentlemen and he says ok go to the second window! This is horrible service if you don’t want to work don’t do it!

  i never leave reviews but i got a 10 piece nugget PAID for 2 bbq sauce didn’t get them so i kindly ask for my two bbq sauce and the cashier says you have to pay for them i showed my receipt and he still insisted i pay more for the bbq sauce i already paid for i feel like a karen leaving a review but i thought this was ridiculous 😭 they also ask for a table number but don’t bring the food to the table

  Was asked to "hurry" when looking at the drive thru menu. When I got home, there was one item missing from my order. You can either rush me through my order, or get my order wrong. But I won't give you both, before I resort to the ol' 3-star.

  Ordered here for break, I ordered for curbside and waited almost 10 minutes, which didn’t initially bother me. But I was handed my half-melted ice cream cone (i guess they made it first and didn’t think about how ice cream melts), my burger which actually DID have exactly what I asked for, but the thing that bothered me was my smoothie. it was halfway melted, FULL of ice crystals and was only HALF full, and had whipped cream???? I did not ask for whip. I took it back in and waited another 5 minutes only to be handed my smoothie, visibly just flipped into another cup and topped off, as I could SEE the whip at the bottom. I gave up at that point because my break was already halfway gone, but I don’t think I will go here again after that.

  I dont and never and will never eat such food in such places. But for those who do. Forget the food, the quality, the prices. There is something much more crucial, cleanliness. More than once, I talked to employees at this location and other locations, before there shift starts. Those people smell like never took shower or washed their clothes!!! Someone like this, wjsy you expect from him/her to do in kitchen???? 🤮
