  Not good at all ordered an ice coffee I put milk in mine and they tell me they only put cream in it.they wanted me to by a milk and that is not good customer service

  [very long lines] First window: No greeting, didn't read back my order Second window: confirmed my order but said she has to make coffee (wasn't sure why that hadn't already been in progress) then come back 30 seconds later with coffee (great) but doesn't acknowledge or say thank you.. Terrible customer service, shake was good, coffee was very weak :( and fries were older and soggy. Definitely won't be returning to this location

  The service is very bad the hispanic lady was very rude I think she was a manager she told me she couldn't find my order she didn't even really look then the young black lady found it she was very kind even said sorry about that

  It's the worst place I've ever been, the attendant took a long time to write down my order and collect, the potatoes tasteless and raw, the hamburger looked and tasted bad and a coffee I ordered tasted like expired milk, terrible place

  The employee on the microphone was speaking very rudely. I tried to ask him for something, but he refused and told me to go to the window. He didn't come to take my order. This is very bad service. I will not go back to this branch again. Today is March 19th at 4:45 AM.
