  I went to drive through with granddaughter. She wanted to plain burgers with nothing on it and a drink. I got fish fries and drink. My order was correct. Hers was not. It was fully loaded with cheese, pickles, condiments etc.. I ate mine while she was driving. We got back and she saw it was wrong. She was on a quick break from work. She's pregnant and HANGRY. WE went all the way back. We got back in line. She told them. She placed order again for 2 plain burgers, nothing on them after explaining what just happened. We pull to window. She gets order. I tell her to look b4 she pulls out to road. She does, and its wrong AGAIN. FULLY LOADED. She pulls back in, parks, goes inside, tells them again. Cook says, I just did it. I put it right there. The worker says, I just gave it to her and its not plain. So the do it the 3rd time. She was so Angry, she couldn't even eat then. She went back to work. I dont eat fast food, but she was craving it and was short on time. Not impressed by service.

  At the end of my meal, I went to use the restroom. I understand why they have a keypad on the bathroom door, however, the kid working there wanted to watch me go pee. I had to stop and tell him to get out of the bathroom because that was really creepy.

  I am requesting a formal investigation into this location covering employee conduct, wait times, food quality, and cleanliness. Standards were unacceptable across every area, and this is the worst customer service I have received at any McDonald's location.

  The food was good, but I came in with my DoorDash bag, because I walk/bike everywhere, and I had finished doing DoorDash, so I got myself some food. When I needed to go to the bathroom, the person who I suppose is the manager was a little rude, because he thought I was doing a order, but I told him I finished like an hour ago, and he let me in. Otherwise, great food and service.

  We waited over an hour for our food. My elderly father tried asking where our food was. He was told everyone was waiting ahead of him (out of the crowd we were one of the firsts there). The manager of the store then tried to fight him and acted like he was pulling a knife/weapon out of his pocket on my dad. Unbelievable. Will be contacting corporate about this. My dad got his money back and tried tipping the waitress still for the troubles. She threw the money back in his face and called him a racist. For ZERO reason. Will be contacting corporate about this. I understand mistakes. Their intention was no mistake.
