Service takes too long when I order, the employees are rude, they obviously can't understand English, every time I order they make it opposite of what I order, every employee is unprofessional and uneducated, the employees laugh joke and play around and so does the working manager on duty

I ordered through door dash. Waited for my food for about 30 min and it arrived. I walked into the room opened the bag and half my items where missing. No large and medium fries. They gave me a tiny burger, I ordered a triple meat. They had the nerve to actually through some ketchup in the bag for my imaginary fries. Do not order here unless you absolutely have to.

The McDonald’s on Murfreesboro Road by the LongHorn Steakhouse has really gone downhill lately. They used to be pretty fast, friendly and accurate but lately they are extremely slow on drive-through. Even if you “use the app” you still have to wait in a very long line, sometimes 15 to 20 minutes. Two nights ago, my husband went to pick up dinner for us because we were both exhausted from work. They parked him for a two cheeseburger meal and an Arch meal. 20 minutes later he finally went inside because they never brought his food out to him. Turns out they had completely forgotten about his order and never made the food. Finally gave him the food he had ordered, and the fries were cold and they forgot one of the cheeseburgers of the two cheeseburger meal. The ice in the drinks was all melted so they were watery. I feel like there’s been a change in staff or management there and it’s very poor service. I do not feel comfortable eating at this establishment anymore and will go down the road five or 6 miles rather than go here which is only a half mile from my house.

Terrible. I left my android smart watch in the bathroom and I tracked it back there and when I went to go ask if anyone had turned it in the lady was very rude and told me that it's not there but my GPS find my phone app was pinging there as I was standing there wouldn't even try to help me. I believe she say that 2.88" screen watch and had never seen one before and didn't want to give it up. I'm extremely mad because I thought places like that are supposed to do the right thing but as I found out there not... I will be contacting a lawyer about it to see what can be done because I have proof a screenshot of it being there that day still pinging so I hope I can get something done about it...
