  Great as always, but I wanted to shout out the customer service today! I took my 88-year-old grandfather here and Jacklyn at the cash register couldn't have been more kind, patient and courteous. Thank you so much!

  Always solid. Staff is friendly and helpful. And, boy are they fast. It’s nice to go into a restaurant at lunchtime and get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  I wish that there was an option to get a heated or toasted sandwich.

  So I came in on my lunch break. Ordered a #16 and a large drink. While they were making my sandwich I went to go make my drink. Well a bandaid came out of the ice maker into my cup. I was too shy to say anything so I decided I would just keep my drink and throw it away later. Once I got back to work I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. So I drove back to the store (half of my break is over now btw) and the manager asks for a receipt which i didnt get one. He says "well they rung you up for a #15" and I'm like... well...I dont know what to tell you... so he makes me the correct sandwich and I decided to speak up about the bandaid. To which he didnt believe me. Even said "never in his 10 years of working there was there ever a bandaid in there. I dont even know how that could happen". I dont really know either but there was indeed a bandaid that fell into my cup when I dispensed ice. So anyway. I'm already going to be late getting back to work so I just leave because he wouldnt offer me any restitution other than the $2 for the drink. So I got charged for a large drink and a sandwich and I threw away the drink and am too disgusted to eat my sandwich. I am not lying. They can dig through the trash and I guarantee they will find a bandaid. I left crying because I dont like confrontation. So if you enjoy drinking bandaid drinks then this is the place for you. Edited to add the owner called and was very nice about it all and resolved the issue.
