  Don’t get me wrong if Jimmy John’s makes the sandwich right then it’s a pretty good sandwich, however, too many times Jimmy John’s now has forgotten something I asked for: for instance, onions or Jimmy peppers and without those the sandwich does not have much flavor. With places like Jersey Mike’s, who always gets the food right I might stop going to Jimmy John’s. Just goes to show no matter how good the food is if you make it poorly or forget something that ruins the whole experience and makes me want to go elsewhere

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have placed online orders from the Old Hickory Boulevard Nashville, TN location a few times before with no problems; their previous delivery drivers were always able to find me with no problems at all. However, the delivery driver for my most recent order had difficulty finding my place. She called me to ask for additional directions and was so incredibly rude even to the point of hanging up on me as I was speaking. I immediately called the Old Hickory Blvd location to cancel my order and the person I spoke with seemed more concerned with notifying his rude delivery driver of the cancellation than with the fact that he has lost a sale and a customer due to the actions of his driver. I will never purchase anything either online or in person from this location again.
