  Order on line Friday night put mayo on my sandwich couldn't eat it but never called or complainrd. I really wanted one so i went there in person. When i order it I was charged for the large sandwich and I only wanted the smaller one and they only gave me the smaller ones. I quested the cashier but he treated me like I was stupid. I want my damn money back

  I ordered on the Jimmy John's site, but they had by delivery done by Uber? I ordered over an hour ago and still don't have my food. The whole point is it's supposed to be fast? I was sent a text letting me know they were having Uber deliver it with a link to track it. The driver picked it up and instead of driving 5 min to me, proceeded to deliver multiple other orders and take at least 40 min. Hopefully it gets here soon and isn't terrible. I won't order delivery from here again.

  There was something off in my sub. Not sure what it was, lettuce perhaps. I generally like JJ’s but I won’t be back to this one.

  Had to order extra meat because it was a little skimpy on the last Turkey Tom order, however Worth the extra $2? Maybe. I love their pickles which keeps me coming back. I don't like bagging my own sandwich like.... What!?
