  We order delivery from this JJ location a few times a month. We love it. The order always arrives quickly, is correct 99% of the time (once wrong type of chips, once there was cheese on a sandwich that shouldn’t have it), and the delivery folks have followed the instructions and brought the food up to our unit- very rare and very much appreciated!! My biggest qualm is in the inconsistency of size and ingredients of my Unwich. I never know what I’m going to get. A special shoutout to Sincere- super upbeat, friendly dude with incredible customer service skills.

  Candy got my food in and out and it was perfect no flaws. If you come in and she’s working make sure she makes your food 10/10 customer service

  Rude woman serving too busy on her personal call to take our order properly. Food was ok. The featured cucumber salad was all sauce and hardly any cucumber. Go somewhere else .

  I wanted to like this location, as it is very convenient for me to get to but after one visit I fear I can't go back. The employees were very rude and dismissive which was a bit of a bummer, but the worst thing was watching the employee slicing turkey breast practice unsafe food preparation and handling. I watched this man use a knife to open the shrinkwrap on a turkey breast, use said knife to push down the garbage in a trash can a few times, and then turn and use it to open another turkey breast. I was shocked and it made me very concerned about the food safety standards at this location.
