- BCBranen ChristianMar 14, 20261.0This specific location let my brother and I sit and wait for 20 minutes to tell us their milkshake machine was broken after we had already paid. When we went to get a refund we asked if the machine had just now started acting up, and turns out naahh. It hadn't worked right for days. So not only were we not let in on that important detail, but we asked for a free drink for our wasted time, and they couldn't even do that. Definitely don't go here expecting good service or anything of the sorts. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
