  Wish I could give less than a one star. My husband went in to pick up food and came directly home which is less than a five minute drive. By the time we started eating the wings were cold and hard, which was bizarre, and they were difficult to eat. My husband tried to take them back, which he has never taken any food back so you can imagine just had bad they were. The manager was angry that we had eaten some of the wings (that’s how we knew they were hard and cold) he said he’d remake what we had not eaten, my husband said he didn’t think that was right (with us having to bring them back and all) and wanted the chicken order remade. We kept the fries because they were hot and good so no problem there. The manger told him he had two choices take what he offered or he’d call the police on him. We weren’t asking for more than we paid for just want what we had paid for. Needless to say my husband left without the gross chicken and the manager lost customers who really are not hard to please. We used to get wings there once of twice a month. Not anymore.

  I am not giving any shade or hate to the crew here at all, they were absolutely amazing, and they always are to my wife and I when we swing in for wings. BUT, whoever is responsible for ordering the wing supply needs to be educated that starving chickens to death does not count as ethical slaughter lol. These wings were straight up emaciated, the birds must have gone out as skin and bone. I got the bone-in and the boneless combo 30 pack. The boneless ones were fine, but the bone-in were mainly just bone. I’ve never seen anything like it. Maybe it was because of the Super Bowl craziness, but there was just barely any meat there, even on the drums. It was super weird. Anyway, 5 stars for the people and the atmosphere, but the food is what matters. They need to change suppliers. It was like $55 worth of food, and we would have still been hungry had it not been for the boneless wings and the side order of corn.

  Came in on today (Super Bowl Sunday) and was impressed by how hard the staff worked to keep orders moving despite the rush. Professional, efficient, and the food was tasty.
