The customer service was amazing — they were patient, understanding, and made sure my order was perfect from start to finish. They even corrected small things without any problem at all. The staff was super nice and professional, and the food came out hot, fresh, and just how I wanted it. Even though it’s fast food, the service felt above and beyond. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s visits I’ve had!

Ho ordinato al tablet e non è uscito lo scontrino, ho spiegato la situazione alla commessa e mostrato che i soldi erano stati scalati. Una delle due ha iniziato a dire che io non capivo e che erano problemi miei, mentre mi rideva in faccia e mi prendeva in giro con le colleghe. Premetto, l’inglese non è la mia prima lingua ma lo parlo e capisco bene, probabilmente capendo che sono una turista hanno cercato di approfittarsi di questa cosa. Dopo aver insistito pretende che dica i nomi dei panini ordinati quindi le dico che tornavo al tablet per leggere i nomi (essendo la mia prima volta lì) mi guarda ridendo e dice alla collega “non sa nemmeno cosa ha ordinato”. A quel punto volevo andare via ma prima di andare accenno l’intervento della polizia e mentre esco mi richiamano più volte con la stessa presunzione dicendo che ci avrebbero dato sti benedetti di panini. Dopo quasi tutta la giornata in auto, l’unica cosa che avrei voluto era rispetto e il cibo che avevo pagato. Sconsiglio vivamente ai turisti.
