i really do not get how either this location's staffing hasn't changed or the location isn't just closed down all together... me and my mom's experience is pretty much like everyone else's below.
also, don't even think about doordashing from this location.

Used to go to this Wendy’s all the time for their breakfast. Then in 2025, this store changed their hours, and didn’t open until 9am. Stupid decision to consciously choose to get less profit during the day.
Then I found out today, they don’t serve any breakfast anymore and they’re still open at 9am. No one wants lunch at 9am. Customers want breakfast in the morning. This location consistently does everything to lose money on purpose, be rude to customers, and prepare orders incorrectly. Might as well close this location down since they’re doing everything in their power to not serve customers anyway.

The food was good. I feel they need more customer service training on dealing with customers. Especially in the drive thru. Being nice to hurry customers is very important. Knowing how to defuse a confrontation with an angry customer needs to be known. And the management team should have more control in teaching their team that's representing the company. The fast food industry is failing terribly due to the lack of customer service training with their crews. Saying "How can I help you" or "I'll be right with you" and "Thank you" as respect in the business goes a long way. Ignorance is bliss. And SMILE. Do not argue with your customers. This will help the revenue to pick up profit and business. Especially the night shift, that's where the problems are accumulated most.

I ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato & a Cobb salad. I opened my potato, no sour cream. I was 8 miles away at a friend's house by then. There was butter, salt & pepper in the house. I put that on the potato, that was fine. I got ready for my salad, poured my packet of crispy onions on top & was ready to eat. There was no ranch dressing in the bag. I was so hurt & disappointed. There was only vinegarett in the house. That's not what I wanted & I didn't want to drive back 8 miles to the restaurant. It was near church, that's why I stopped, it was my first time going there.
