    The lady working the drive thru tonight 12/31/25 has horrible customer service. Will make you wait very long to say something when you say hello at the drive thru

    The only good thing about this Wendy's is the young gentleman who took my order. He was very respectful and friendly. After that everything went downhill. My son and I kept having this homeless guy who was camping out inside the building with his gf, keep coming up to us and asking us for things. When we got our food, it tasted like it had sat for hours. I tried to use the bathroom and said homeless couple was in there, with door unlocked, getting it on. I let the manager know and he told me to "just use the guys." I explained to him what was happening and that customers do not want to see or deal with that. He once again just told me to use the guys. I got my son and left. We did not feel safe and def lost our appetites after that. Will never go back.

    I visit here late night on lunch breaks; the food is never my issue. My issue begins after the level of customer service required exceeds past handling the food and payment. As a professional I’d cancel an order and re-enter the order if I know a customer is attempting to use a discount code on an item that *only I* know can’t be discounted unless ordered separately. Instead of seeking to solution my problem before I pay. I was told how I ordered it wrong and just to do it right next time. Please take pride in what work you do and how you do it, God bless.

    The women working today (December 10, 2025) were the absolute nicest people. They treated me so well and made my day. I’d give them more tha 5 stars if I could!! Thank y’all for making a long drive bearable and better!! ♥️♥️♥️
