My son and I kept having this homeless guy who was camping out inside the building with his gf, keep coming up to us and asking us for things. When we got our food, it tasted like it had sat for hours. I tried to use the bathroom and said homeless couple was in there, with door unlocked, getting it on. I let the manager know and he told me to "just use the guys." I explained to him what was happening and that customers do not want to see or deal with that. He once again just told me to use the guys. I got my son and left. We did not feel safe and def lost our appetites after that. Will never go back.

My issue begins after the level of customer service required exceeds past handling the food and payment. As a professional I’d cancel an order and re-enter the order if I know a customer is attempting to use a discount code on an item that *only I* know can’t be discounted unless ordered separately. Instead of seeking to solution my problem before I pay. I was told how I ordered it wrong and just to do it right next time. Please take pride in what work you do and how you do it, God bless.
