She began her response with. “I’m busy..” with a sense of attitude for even asking to be able to have a basic human need fulfilled. These little things add up over time in my experience it had a huge effect on sommeone self worth because if a brain is told more that it is wrong more than it is right it begins a cycle of doubting everything. I suggest when you think of those times you felt very little worth from someone else’s actions or words you give yourself 2 positive affirmations that counter it. A brain is very much programmed no matter how much free will you think you have your subconscious controls a portion of it.
