During checkout on Friday, my interaction with Angela was very rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me was abrupt and discourteous, and I left feeling genuinely upset. It affected me enough that I made a point to look at her name tag so I could follow up appropriately. I have consistently had positive experiences here and have always found the staff to be welcoming and kind, which is why this stood out so strongly. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but speaking to customers in that manner is simply not acceptable. I hope this feedback can be addressed, as I would truly like to continue visiting and having the positive experiences I’ve come to expect.
