  I took a large group there…21 people. I was frustrated almost the whole time. First in order to have our bays near each other we HAD to use their preselected apps or a buffet. I had previously booked two 2-bay packages that gave us 2 1/2 hours of play. Of course we wanted to be near each other, and my only option was to switch to a more expensive option that forced us to their two food options and shortened our time. This was manipulative. Then we arrived 15 minutes early and they made us wait until 4:02 for a 4:00 spot. By the time we got to our bays and they helped all 21 get entered in and started it was after 4:20. I asked for those lost 15 minutes to be given to us at the end and they just said they would see. They did not. They shut off the machines right at 6:00. I believe if you don’t give 2 hours of play, then that should be communicated when booking. That you would have gotten us to the bays earlier so we could have our 2 hours of play that we paid for. I spent over 1,200.00 for less than 2 hours of play, And one set of apps per bay. I love topgolf but will never bring a group there again.

  I’m not sure how (or if) this facility sanitizes their clubs between rounds, but about an hour after playing I started noticing sore red bumps developing on my hand. A trip to urgent care revealed a staff infection. The atmosphere and game are fun. I would recommend bringing your own clubs or some sanitary wipes if you have to use theirs…

  Alright, gonna keep this middle of the road because overall it was fun and issues were solved, BUT! Got there and got in on time. Waitress immediately came over and took drink orders, ran through how to play, etc etc. We got started and she came back with drinks and 1/2 our group put in an order for the large $40 party tray. Other 1/2 was busy playing/watch and didn't realize. When waitress next came back 15-20 mins later they put in a second order for wings and a kids meal. Tray came out 10-15 mins later and was great. Took 45 mins for the other 2 meals to come out (saw the waitress and manager once during that 45 mins) and manager brought the food out. Problem was the food was luke warm like it had been sitting out just waiting for someone to bring it. Took about another 20-30 mins before anyone came back to check on us so we could send the food back, but they rush ordered and it came out hot. Manager gave us extra 30 mins of play. One other issue though was we had to ask the manager for drink refills as the waitress hadn't brought any in the 1.25 hours we had been there (water and soft drinks). Not sure if they were short on staff or what the issue was, but the service was kind of lack luster for what we paid for food and bay rental. Also add, the mens restroom on the main floor was kind of nasty, though it was busy so can't say I blame them there. 2nd floor outside mens was completely missing the paper towel dispenser which really sucked as it was in the 30's at the time we went, so wet hands in the cold.

  Top Golf is always a great place to go if you want to have a good time! You absolutely do not have to have any golf experience to enjoy this place. They have games based on skills like accuracy, distance, and some just off sheer luck. Definitely recommend playing the Sonic themed games and Angry Birds! As for the food and drinks, everything here was great! A little pricey on the drinks, but thats pretty much all of Nashville. The staff here was the only real upsetting part. The girl working the front desk was kind of rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The bartender we went to while we waited for our lane to open was very short with us and gave us more of a "yeah, what do you want" kind of vibe. We were also the only ones there at the bar at the time and all we ordered were 2 beers so it wasn't like we made complicated orders. He was more interested in his phone I guess. Our server saved it for us. She was super friendly and laughed and joked with us the entire time. It definitely felt more welcome once we actually got there and started playing. Definitely recommend this place but just be aware the front staff might be a little off putting!

  When you arrive and check in that is when your time starts so you don't get the full hour. My table ordered food at the beginning and didn't get till 10 minutes were left in our game. Then when time was out they kicked us out even though we just got our food. Thus we had to carry our food and drinks ourselves downstairs. Service was lack luster. Wouldn't come here again not worth the money.
