Also had to ask multiple times for cup refills and hope they actually brought some. Not impressed at all.

The employees who make “$2 an hour” and beg for tips agree it is. I paid our server a $50 tip so she could feed her family. The website states if you get the flex package you get $150 towards food and drinks which is not the case. You have to spend an additional $150… when we arrived at 1130 for our 1145 time slot we got told to come back at 1145 and then when I came back at 1143 I got told to come back in 2 mins.. which ultimately made us not start our time slot until 1205 and then our server came and shut our bays off 5 mins early so our “30 mins free” was useless. This was our first time going to Top Golf and likely our last unfortunately.

Beyond the perfect swing, the food is surprisingly excellent. A true standout is the Chicken Tacos—they are well-seasoned, fresh, and an absolutely delicious, satisfying meal. They are perfect for sharing between rounds! Verdict: Fantastic experience, friendly staff, and the chicken tacos are a must-order. Highly recommend!
- AAaudrod23Nov 6, 20255.01st time to any Top Golf. It was a lot of fun. We started out in the bar. Our food hadn't come out when our bay opened up to us. The server in the bar and one of the Managers were very sweet and offered to make the change to have the food taken delivered to us at our bay. That was convenient! The food came out, nice and hot, no issues, they got everything right. The waitress on the bay level was great! She brought beers our quick and even brought out some donut holes for the group with a "congrats" written on the plate for my daughter and her fiance who are set to marry this month. Great time there and would recommend to family and friends for sure. The price was not bad at all.
