  Girlfriend ordered the chicken natcho fry's asked for Supreme witch is add Sour Cream and Tomatoes, well we had a hard time finding the sour cream, went to the counter to ask for said sour cream was asked to PAY for it after I already did, we come here nearly all the time if we are in the Hospital for our son BUT no more! Stear clear and check your order before you sit, kinda shady here

  I had ordered a breakfast steak casadilla without egg, and they made it with the creamy jalapeño sauce so i had asked them to remake it because it doesn’t come with that sauce, and i don’t like it, she took it back and as she proceeded to throw it away and I had asked if i could keep it because my mom was upstairs with my dad who was life flighted from our home town hospital and she has been so worried that she has forgotten to eat. This women than proceeds to tell me that if i want it i can pay for it which doesn’t make any sense because they were just going to throw it away. She then became really mean and when i asked for her name so i could file a complaint she just completely ignored me and then her coworker proceeds to look at me while she throws it away, my mom called for me to come back so I had to leave. Will not be returning and have had nothing but good interactions with everyone here at vanderbilt but the fact they let rude people work here like that even in taco bell in the children’s hospital has me a little concerned and by the other comments i can tell im not the only one who has had an issue. do better!
