Just outside Nashville,TN. Easy to find. Employees were friendly. I used the kiosk to order. Everything came out rather quick and everything fresh and hot. The team was busy with drive thru orders, but it was nice n quiet in the dining room. The men's restroom was out of order, had to use the women's restroom. It was clean and didn't smell funky either.

I order from Taco Bell more often than I'd like to admit and while I rotate between the 4 different locations within a 10 minute drive from my place, I always prefer this location over the other 4 because the service is always great, the team is always positive & upbeat literally every time I come here, and the food quality is undisputedly more consistent than the other close-by locations by a long shot. More importantly, I had a small mix-up where I was given the wrong mobile order and the service recovery was amazing. After picking up the order from the drive-thru and sitting down to eat it at home, I noticed that it was someone else's order entirely and I got in my car and drove back to the location. They apologized instantly and took ownership of the error when they could have rightfully pointed out that I could have (and should have) read the name on the bag to have seen that it was wrong and prevented the situation entirely. Instead of wasting any time at all on a blame game, they offered to remake the order fresh for me but I asked if they could instead simply give me my actual order, which was still there, for free and they were able to accommodate a refund for the full amount of the charge. I honestly didn't expect such a smooth and quick resolution to the issue but I was impressed by the reaction of the team although I should have expected as much given the quality of all the other interactions I've had at this location. As silly as it may be to have "loyalty" to one location over another at a place that can be as seemingly interchangeable as Taco Bell, the difference is always the people and the service and I will be coming to this location exclusively whenever I want to live más, think outside the bun, make a run for the border, o si yo quiero Taco Bell.

The drink machine was broken.& Let's face it half the reason to go inside a fast food restaurant is to enjoy free refills. The young man who gave me my food had the receipt to see there was a large Pepsi. He had not filled yet after calling my name. He then proceeding to help the drive thru and then after that, gave me my Pepsi from behind a partition... ...Came the flat no fizz Pepsi..which on the matter of principle i did not even bother with - I did take it to the trashcan. Thank God I had a cold drink in the car. Food cooked great , presentation of food placed in vague to travel- made great. Service seemed neither good or bad indifferent actually.
