  Usually I don’t have issues with this specific establishment. Tonight was different. The woman who was the apparent manager on shift smelled strongly of marijuana - it was so pungent that I could smell it coming from her across the counter. On top of that, she was being downright nasty to a customer who seemed to be having trouble operating the ordering platform. The place was incredibly busy and the staff was working hard, while the manager seemed to rather prioritize smoking pot and being mean to a customer in need over helping keep the business running. It was a rough scene.

  When I pulled up the manager/supervisor was out front talking with people and trying to break $100 bill. It Reeked of weed out front, and customers inside were being ignored. She then came inside the building to break the $100 bill from register, and told the people waiting she would be right with them, only to walk back outside and get into a car with some people. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru and people inside waiting to pick up online orders. When she finally came back in, she seemed to be getting impatient with a staff member who was clearly trying to learn something new, and she kept getting loud with the staff. I usually don’t post bad reviews, or call specific people out, but this one’s been bothering me and felt like something should be said. Happened around 7-7:15 tonight.

  I come to this location at least once if not every two weeks in order $40 worth of food every time I always order the same thing and every time it’s always an issue with my order if I’m paying $10 for Cantina bowl I shouldn’t get the bare minimum when I’m paying for extra but yet I do I never make a issue out of it and now the employees have gotten to the point where they’re rude to me whenever I come in now because I’m very specific about my food. One employee told another one that she didn’t want to make my food but tonight when I walked in, no one greeted at me. I ordered at the kiosk and when I was given my food, he just walked away and I was missing a taco and I didn’t get extra sauce on my cantina bowl like I wanted it. No one acknowledged me so I had to go back to the kiosk in order what I was missing/needed I got all the way home and my chicken was Undercooked and my rice was hard, came back and even gave the benefit of the doubt just give me something else because I always have issues with my bowl while in the back the manager Michaela is being very rude making snide comments so I just said it just give me a refund Because at this point, you don’t deserve my service instead of making it right she wanted to be rude. Didn’t even come to the front and acknowledge me after they messed up my food. She does not need to be a manager 0/10 recommend
