- JCJames Carter5 days ago1.0I'm very disappointed that taco bell went to kiosk ordering. I am not old, but I had to get help using the kiosk. The staff that helped me was very kind and polite, but taco bell corporation is sacrificing customer service to save a buck!!! It also was very aware that they were having a manager's meeting in the lobby at the time I purchased my meal. I wanted to tell them so bad how angry I was about the kiosk, but decided not to make a scene. Extremely poor decision making by the corporate managers to install kiosk only!!!!! I think I will go through drive through or if I go in. I will ask for help everytime, just to take up their employees' time. I don't expect to hear anything from this. Because if they don't care about customer service, I'm sure they don't care about responding to a customer's concerns.

I also ordered and paid for the avocado ranch and it was not included in my order. I asked for a certain amount of mild, hot, fire and Diablo and they only included 3 of each. This is the 2nd time ordering in Nashville and the last time. Really disappointed! My driver was awesome and I even gave him an extra tip. But he can’t see what’s inside my bag. Do better taco bell.
