  Horrible, horrible customer service. Every single time I go to this location, the order is wrong upon receiving it. This time was the worst experience yet. Wife and I decided to pick up some food from the drive thru. First problem... the male employee working the drive thru could barely speak English. I could barely understand him, and he could obviously barely understand me. I placed my order, paid, received the order, then drove around the building to count the items to make sure at least the number of items was correct. (which it was) Upon getting home, we discovered that instead of getting 2 steak chalupas that we ordered, we got chicken. We also asked to add nacho cheese, which was not added. So, we drove back to the store and went inside. We politely explained that our order was incorrect. At first, they didn't want to do anything because they insisted that is what we ordered. After finally agreeing to replace the chicken chalupas with beef, we asked if they could replace the regular beef chalupas we had also ordered, since they were now completely cold. They had a really crummy attitude, and refused to replace them. Every employee in the store was Hispanic, and they were speaking Spanish the entire time, but they were obviously mad about my request. The food was already ridiculously overpriced (It was $35+ for 2 people) so I wasn't interested in eating it cold. Therefore, I asked for a refund. Again, after a lot of back and forth between themselves completely in Spanish, they reluctantly agreed to a refund, and then threw the food in the trash. All they had to do was replace the beef chalupas and everything would have been okay. Now, they had to give a $35 refund, throw the food away, and lose 2 customers for life. What a lousy experience! I will NEVER be going back to any Taco Bell. I would not advise anyone to waste their money at this one in particular.

  One star because that's the only way I can leave a review. Went here to pick up a quick bite service was crap and the food looks like it was thrown at a wall would not recommend this Taco Bell now don't get me wrong I know it's Taco Bell and I don't expect a five-star dining experience but you know everybody should take a little pride in their work.

  Date: November 7, 2025 Time: 7:15 p.m. Terrible service at Taco Bell. Three people waiting for over 5 minutes at the counter while several employees walked by — not a single one said hello, we’ll be right with you, or even acknowledged our presence. This wasn’t just slow — it was downright disrespectful. If your staff doesn’t want to deal with customers, maybe they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Completely unprofessional. Management seriously needs to retrain the team and start supervising what’s going on here.
