I pulled up in the drive-through and it wasn’t even the AI voice greeting me… It was a real person. I already knew that this was going to be a great visit to my local Taco Bell, I ordered my food. By the way, they didn’t have an item I was looking for, but the lady offered the perfect substitute. I paid. Checked the contents of the bag. Everything was there. With a healthy amount of sauce. As I was making my way home, I couldn’t resist but to grab one of their brand new chicken tenders out of the bag. I reached in the container and pulled out a tender. This tender was very small. My initial thought was that my local Taco Bell didn’t care about me enough to give me a full size chicken tender. I ate the tender, because at the end of the day I was just hungry. I reached in the bag for another tender and found two more (this was a 2pc tender entree). This filled me with joy. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. The Taco Bell employees were conscious of the fact that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and made the necessary changes to put a smile on my face. I drove home more delighted than I had been in many moons. Thank you, local Taco Bell.

I got a hard taco when I ordered a soft, a chicken chalupa when I ordered beef and ice in my drink when I ordered no ice. Did not get a straw or napkin! They’re really doing below the bare minimum here.
