  The workers are simply rude. I went in today to get my mother and I sandwiches for lunch and no one was at the counter at 11:00 am. Worker finally came over after 4-5 mins and opened the cash register to open a roll of coins. No apology for the wait nor did she wash her hands after handling money. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese and was told they only had white bread. Started to explain the sandwiches and she popped off, "What are you wanting?" That was it for me. I simply turned around and walked out. I went somewhere else to grab us some lunch. I told my mother about it and she said she had gone in there one day and the workers were at a table and said they were closed because they were at lunch. What? I scanned the reviews and it seems everyone has the same issue. I get that these are independently owned but Subway needs to try and get their name off this place.

  I’ve been to this location twice. Both times, the employees have been short and uninviting. The first time, the food was just alright - the veggies didn’t look or taste fresh, skimpy on the shredded cheese. The second time, I came in at 6:30am and was told they weren’t open which is weird because online shows they open at 6am on a Thursday. Will not be returning.

  He visitado otros subway y no a sido tan mala hay amabilidad y buen servicio pero este a sido el peor tanto en servicio como en limpieza y la que atiende de lo peor y no entiendo porque si no le gusta tratar a las personas con respeto simple mente no trabajen en esos lugares donde tienen que tener comunicación con los clientes ya que la persona que preparaba mi orden se había percatado de que había una mosca y había intentado cubrirla con una rebanada de jamón ella pensaba que no la estaba viendo y cuando la cuestione en lugar de disculparse amablemente se sintió ofendida y levantando la voz desi no la vi pero de una forma grosera y la que estaba de encargada igual le valió madres ni una disculpa ni nada por el estilo es el subway más mediocre en servicio que he visitado fue una lástima de no aver tomado alguna foto para mostrarlo como evidencia pero ahí no vuelvo no se los demás pero un subway así no debería estar I have visited other subways and they have not been so bad, there is kindness and good service but this has been the worst both in service and cleanliness and the one who attends is the worst and I do not understand why if you do not like to treat people with respect simply do not work in those places where you have to have communication with customers since the person who prepared my order had noticed that there was a fly and had tried to cover it with a slice of ham she thought I was not seeing it and when I questioned her instead of apologizing politely she felt offended and raised her voice, I did not see her but in a rude way and the one in charge still did not give a damn, not an apology or anything like that, it is the most mediocre subway in service that I have visited, it was a shame not to have taken any photos to show it as evidence but I will not go back there I do not know about the others but a subway like this should not be

  I placed an order through the Subway app for the Trousdale Lane location in Nashville, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The app itself is nearly unusable — it took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order because of constant glitches and errors. When I finally succeeded, I paid extra for double meat. What I received was not only *not* double meat, but less than what normally comes with a standard sandwich. It felt like I was charged more to be given less. This is not a minor mistake — it shows a lack of care, consistency, and accountability. Customers should not have to fight with a broken ordering system and then be shorted on what they paid for. If management at this location doesn’t correct these issues, it will continue to drive customers away. For anyone considering this Subway, I strongly recommend skipping it and going to Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse Subs, or a local deli instead. You’ll actually get the quality, value, and service you’re paying for — something this Subway location seems unwilling or unable to provide.

  Ordered online and said it was ready. Go there and they said there is no bread to make order. The women stated to come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. REALLY? She didn’t speak any English. Avoid at all cost. Reached out to Subway to know about their franchise owner here.
