Every time I want to order they always have an attitude towards me, it that they don’t want to work plus the place is all dusty and dirty.

- AAAmberSep 2, 20251.0This has to be the worst customer service of any place I have been to. Charging $7 for a 6 inch veggie sub. No napkins in my bag. The skinny black guy was extremely rude. I asked for a lightly toasted sub which he did not do and then was going to toast it after he put veggies on the sandwich. Also they do not honor coupons nor do they have deals.They state that they are a private franchise and can charge how they want. Ridiculous.

The manager's desk is the biggest table in the dining area (not sure why) and the bathrooms are always locked, and the only thing the staff will tell you is that someone is in there. Do they live in the bathroom? How much is their rent? The workforce is probably the cheapest labor the manager could find and it truly shows. The soda machine doesn't work, either nothing but carbonated water or just straight syrup (I don't think the workers know how the soda machine is suppose to work). A 6in sandwich combo (chips and drink) is somehow more than a regular meal. 6$ for a 6in that somehow turns into 12$.
