  Never open on time and customer service is always horrible and the veggies are always mushy and drink machine never clean drinks taste like machine doesn't gets clean . Manager is rude never have help and don't speak good English at all so the wait time is forever long ... never will visit again but made sure to post a review

  I had a horrible experience here today. I ordered a sandwich and realized it was waaay more expensive than I originally (because I am on a budget 🤷🏾‍♀️ and mixed the footlong price with the 6” price). I apologized to the cashier once I realized my mistake after she announced the price. I let her know that I would no longer want the sandwich which was totaled around $18 which was pretty pricey IMO for 1 sand which. She instantly started to yell at me and told me to “Never Come Back”. I tried apologizing again for reading the incorrect price but I didn’t want to waste another sandwich so I let her know I didn’t want it. I felt really bad but I don’t think that dignified her yelling at me in front of other customers and yelling to get out and never come back all over a sandwich. I kindly wished them farewell and left but horrible customer service. I know I could’ve prevented this but I’ve been on the other side of the counter and NEVER would’ve acted the way towards a customer over a “canceled” order.

  My first time here wasn't extraordinary or bad. The service was so-so, but the food was okay.
