- EREricka RidleyMay 24, 20241.0HORRIBLE SERVICE..The staff was very unprofessional and Unknowledgeable about the products they sell. First time going to this subway in the 7 months of working downtown. I will never go again. I came up to the counter to order and the lady just stared at me and asked her how she was doing and can I get a kids ham. She said what do you want? And I repeated it.. she asked what size sandwich and explained whatever size comes with the kids meal for $4.99. She proceeded to make a 6 inch ham very quickly and rushed over all my selections. When I got to the register I asked what all comes with the kids meal the lady looked confused 🫤. I explained I told the other lady I’m getting a kids meal and she said no, no kids meal. So then I tried to explain again that there must be a misunderstanding because I explained I wanted a kids meal. The other lady then proceeds to come towards me to tell me I didn’t tell her etc. At this point I knew nothing would be resolved … i remained calm and tried to explain my side and the worker proceeded to just to be very unprofessional. I asked for a manger and they said he’d be there on Monday. Asked if they could give me customer service number or their names and they refused. The original lady left the store. She rang me up separately instead of a combo… so came in for kids meal and got charged for a sandwich, chips and a juice box. Probably will never go to subway again.
