The biggest highlight was Jared, our tasting guide. He was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely passionate about the bourbons we were tasting. You could truly feel the love and pride he has for the craft, and that enthusiasm made the entire experience more engaging and memorable. He explained the history, process, and flavor profiles in a way that was easy to understand but still interesting for seasoned bourbon drinkers. The bourbons themselves were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and authentic, exactly what you hope for in a Nashville distillery experience.
