  My friend and I ordered two of the $6 Smasher meals with Groovy Fries on the Sonic app. The burgers were fine. The "groovy" fries on the other hand, were bad. They werent cooked all the way, they tasted like they had just been soaking up the grease, and there was no seasoning on them-they certainly werent groovy fries, barely even fries at all. And besides that, both fry orders werent even full. It was like someone got hungry, saw my crappy fries there and decided to have a snack, a little bit out of each container. Sad. Everytime I give this location another try and a chance to do better, Im disapointed all over again. Sonic needs to bring in some training for the management as well as everyone else.

  Car hoppers do a fantastic job getting orders out quickly and are always very sweet. My favorite is the cherry cream slush. Not on the menu but trust me its so good

  The food was horrible, cheddar peppers wasnt cook and my chickhen sandwich was hard and thin

  I've have never had such poor service here before I've eating at this location for 18 years and the new owners or management is really really rude when I tried to explain my food was wrong they acted like they did not speak or understand English my food was not only cold but completely wrong when ordering my food I had to repeat myself several times the guy was very hateful with an attitude my drink was wrong all together it also took really long to get my food this is why it was cold more than likely the overall experience was a very disappointing and disrespectful one to anyone who likes fresh food from sonic skip this sonic and make the trip to hermitage sonic they are way better or even the sonic on the far end of dickerson pike but what ever you do do not eat at this location the customer service has went to crap it's ridiculous

  Third time I've ordered for pick up on mobile app and show up to find their ice cream machine down or broken. It's very irritating when I order a shake or a sundae and can't get it upon arrival. The mobile order should tell you in advance!!! But it doesn't. Then they offer a chili dog or burger instead. It's NOT the same as ice cream peeps. Aweful Sonic site.
