  I've have never had such poor service here before I've eating at this location for 18 years and the new owners or management is really really rude when I tried to explain my food was wrong they acted like they did not speak or understand English my food was not only cold but completely wrong when ordering my food I had to repeat myself several times the guy was very hateful with an attitude my drink was wrong all together it also took really long to get my food this is why it was cold more than likely the overall experience was a very disappointing and disrespectful one to anyone who likes fresh food from sonic skip this sonic and make the trip to hermitage sonic they are way better or even the sonic on the far end of dickerson pike but what ever you do do not eat at this location the customer service has went to crap it's ridiculous

  Third time I've ordered for pick up on mobile app and show up to find their ice cream machine down or broken. It's very irritating when I order a shake or a sundae and can't get it upon arrival. The mobile order should tell you in advance!!! But it doesn't. Then they offer a chili dog or burger instead. It's NOT the same as ice cream peeps. Aweful Sonic site.

  Update I called the number to report my horrible experience. The Customer Service Rep was very kind, she listened to my concern and apologized several times. I told her I did not want anyone to get fired just only proper training. I told her I will never visit that location ever again. The CSR said she would tell management about my experience. It was not just about the bad food but also my food being placed inside someone else vehicle and my card being taken as the car hopper rang up my order with the card from another vehicle if he would mixed up the cards like he mixed up the food that could have put me in a worse experience with my finances being put at risk. The CSR was great with a resolution for this horrible experience. Original Ordered cheeseburger, tots & cherry limeade no ice. Received hamburger on toast with mayo & pickles, tots & cherry limeade with extra ice, food was cold, car hopper first gave my order to car in front of me who gave the bag back to car hopper. I should have refused the order. I most definitely will NEVER visit them again. Terrible! 1 star is too good for them.

  It was almost closing time I order a bacon lettuce tomato and egg sandwich,only to get home to find it had a hamburger on it too it was awful had t throw it away and just go to bed hungry the thing whare you order from stoped working while she was getting my order she had to come outside to finish getting my order I was very upset when I open my sandwich to find out it had onions and pickles on it can stand them,was going to call them but I was to tired and went to bed hungry. If she was only thinking who eats a hamburger on a bacon and lettuce,egg sandwich look
