Every time I stop at this location, I'm there 30+ minutes just waiting on food. The young lady at the window had to tell st the rest of the employees about not making my food as I had already been there parked the window for over 35 minutes this time. Was still another 15 + minutes til I received my food. All I had ordered was a bread twist and cheese sticks...

This is one of the worst locations I've been to, I've came here 3 times and each time I've pre-ordered through the app like always (1burger combo + mozz stix) and checked in, it took me calling them after 18 minutes for them to bring me my food that had been sitting for Lord knows how long. I get it's cold but it isn't that cold yet.
To the crew, c'mon guys your stall customers are just as important as your drive through.

AWFUL. wish I could rate the food, but we never received it. Waited in the single pull in screen - nobody came. We then decided to go through the drive-through where nobody answered the intercom, drove up to the window to order where they (5+ staff) all ignored us, literally counting money at the window and not opening the door to speak to us. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. This was all at 8 PM if that, Online says you guys close at 2 AM. Thanks burger king for answering the intercom and doing the bare minimum when sonic couldnt

We ordered a chocolate shake, iced coffee and some salted caramel croissant bites and it took 20 minutes for it to arrive. The chocolate shake tasted like a cookies and creme. Not sure what was going on inside that it would take so long to arrive, as there were less than 5 cars in the parking lot 😢
