  Screens are out. They was out of ranch and I never received my substitute sauce. Ordered combo and got no patato type food. Ordered no ice in my drink and received ice. They did unlock the restroom for me to use.

  I came here on 12/12/25 at 11:45am and I ordered 1 large chilli cheese TOT with a pretzel twist. When I told the lady on the speaker that, she rang it up as a large chilli cheese DOG, I said can you make it a large chilli cheese TOT, she then proceeds to change it to a medium chilli cheese DOG, I said it says medium chilli cheese DOG can you, once again, make it a large chilli cheese TTTOOOOOOTTTTT. “THATS WHAT I HAVE, A LARGE CHILLI CHEESE DOG!!” Like bruh, if you’re gonna get mad, don’t be WRONG and be MAD🤣💀 But that’s not the reason why I’m leaving the 1-star—even though it contributed to it, I’m leaving this here cause of the carhop named ms. LASHONDA, my order total was $8.65 for the large chilli cheese TOT and the pretzel twist, I gave ms LASHONDA a $20 bill. One would think you would receive $11.35 back right? Nah honey, you in Nashville, ms LASHONDA gave me $11 only back and I gave her a $1 tip, it finally registered to me that she didn’t even try to give me the coins back, stealing came oh so natural to ms LASHONDA, if it did register before I could tip, I wouldn’t have tipped ms LASHONDA, and probably would’ve reported it to corporate, but instead I’m leaving a review and spending my money elsewhere. Now, thanks to wonderful ms LASHONDA, I won’t come back to this location, because of ms LASHONDA or probably any sonic for that matter in Nashville, I’m for sure as heck not tipping anymore anywhere in Nashville. If you want money ms. LASHONDA GET A BETTER JOB! NOT ONE THAT LITERALLY PAYS YOU $3 AN HOUR BECAUSE YOURE TAKING THE RISK OF HOPING YOU GET TIPS. STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE MS LASHONDA BECAUSE I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE BUT I PROBABLY AM THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL CALL YOU OUT ON IT MS LASHONDA! If you are the owner of this location just know, Ms LASHONDA, is the ONLY reason why my regular trips here will cease effective immediately.

  If I could give them negative 10 stars I would the manager was so rude and disrespectful and not courteous No wonder why they're shutting down everywhere they were rude I would never eat here I'd never bring my family here I'd never do anything here and I hope the manager gets fired because he was so rude arguing with me when I was trying to take an order to a customer super rude
