  Our waitress was great but manager had lack of professionalism. Very disappointed, I found hair in my food twice. The ice cream on the classic hot fudge Sunday never melted after about 40 minutes just because we was finishing our meal. The woman manager didn’t really listen to what we were saying and initially was refusing to remove the 3 cakes off our ticket knowing we didn’t take not one bite. I would never return to this shoneys.

  When i go to eat dinner,,I quietly order my food with 2 adult beverages an get shut off because at 546 donelson pike Nashville Tennessee are against people who drink. The female manager snaps rudely at you when you ask for help.the male manager just kicks you out after 2 mix drinks before I can finish my meal .what kind of business is this.

  if i could give zero stars i would. i ordered “kids fresh food bar” which shows BUTTERFLY SHRIMP on the picture, i ordered macaroni as my side. when i only got macaroni and told them thats not all i ordered the MANAGER said “oh well since your receipt doesn’t say shrimp and only says macaroni you basically paid for macaroni” mind you it clearly states what i ordered on the receipt. now it does say macaroni for $8 and some change on the website but that’s not what i ordered and i couldn’t even get a refund so i paid $8 for some NASTY BOX MACARONI!!! (pics for reference)

  The buffet was pretty small compared to other shoney's. So I ordered off the menu. Country fried steak meal was very good but we waited forever for our food and to pay . Has a long time shoney's fan I'd have to say I was disappointed . And a bar inside a buffet that makes no sense alcohol don't go good with buffet food.
