First time here food was the best I have ever had I my life. The decoration was so cool. Busy but worth it. About ever 30 minutes a thunderstorm happens and it is dark and cool. I could easy tip them 100 dollars each if I had the money. This guy name John was my waiter. I tipped him $20. He is so nice I recommend it. He understand us when we asked for more barbicue sauce. This place is so cool. I just sat down tried one fry and instantly gave them 5 stars. Anyway that’s my rating for them. I recommend you go to I recommend comeing here

⭐️⭐️ Two Stars — Because One Star Would Mean I Didn’t Survive the Jungle Our first mistake was trusting our Uber driver’s restaurant advice. Our second mistake was following that advice. Our third mistake was… honestly everything after walking through the animatronic foliage at the Nashville Rainforest Café. We were seated during what appeared to be a full Category 3 rainforest monsoon. Visibility: zero. Hearing: also zero. Our “tour guide” (what they call servers in this ecosystem, apparently) handed us menus and instantly asked if we were ready to order. Ma’am, I had the menu in my hands for 1.4 seconds give or take .8 seconds. I didn’t even know what continent I was on yet. Between thunder crashes and an elephant having what sounded like an emotional breakdown behind us, we asked for the price of the salmon from the “gluten sensitive” menu which, of course, had no prices listed. This was where the plot took a twist. Our tour guide vanished. Not like “slow service” vanished like National Park missing person case vanished. One second she was there, the next she was presumably swallowed by a python or swept down a decorative waterfall. Twenty minutes later, a new tour guide appeared, probably after bushwhacking through several plastic vines. She was lovely and informed us our original guide had been sent home. Honestly, based on her last known location, I’m not convinced the rainforest didn’t send her home. Then came the bathroom break. Want immersion? They nailed it. The bathroom was so realistic that it included a true survival scenario: no toilet paper. Nothing says “authentic jungle experience” like having to MacGyver your way out of a situation in a themed restroom. The food, shockingly, was not terrible when it arrived which at this point felt like a miracle delivered by the rainforest spirits. We tried to speak to a manager, but he expertly deployed a move I can only describe as “NPC glitching into a wall.” We attempted eye contact multiple times as he floated past us, but he ignored us with the dedication of a man whose soul clocked out at 5 PM sharp. Overall: If you’re craving an unforgettable night of suspense, mystery, light rainfall trauma, missing tour guides, and a bathroom straight out of Survivor, this is your place. If you want dinner? Maybe… don’t.

Personally I loved my order of the Burbon steak and shrimp. Word to the wise it’s spicy. My son and daughter in law did not like their food, roast beef and chicken Alfredo. The baby loved the spiral noodles from dad’s plate though. The kids like the children meals of steak, but little chewy. I used some points to reduce the price and it was still almost $250 w/gratuity. I guess the atmosphere is why we go there when in town. I love Rainforest but I just it maybe over rated for the food. Sorry guys. Just being honest.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Rainforest Cafe, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Our server, Chauncy, truly went above and beyond to make our meal special. From the moment we sat down, Chauncy greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. He recommended some fantastic dishes, and I'm so glad we took his advice! I had the fish tacos, which were amazing, and my wife enjoyed the ribeye steak and shrimp, both cooked to perfection. Chauncy's friendly demeanor and expert knowledge of the menu made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. It's rare to find such a combination of great service and delectable food. If you're looking for a wonderful meal and top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting Rainforest Cafe and asking for Chauncy. He truly deserves all the recognition for making our night so special. Thank you for an amazing evening!

I go out to eat several times a week and i have to say tbat my server, Kim was outstanding. She was extremely imformative from the beginning and her professionalism, work ethic, demeanor, and overall performance of her job and how well she remained positive and lively throughout my entire dinner was 10-10 the best service ive ever received. If all cafes and diners had servers like Kim, it would make going out to eat much more enjoyable! Thank you, Kim! I will be back and ask for you, personally and also recommend anyone who dines here to do the same! You Rock the wheels off your job!
