Very delicious I love the Pot Roast so much, and my wife loved her Chicken Fajita. This is my favorite pot roast from any restaurant! The animals were very dusty and sadly we were sat right next to the elephant. So every once in a while you’d see dust falling. And our service was very slow, especially for a school day in the middle of the day. The restaurant had like 5 families at most, besides us. So I feel like it shouldn’t have been as slow as it was.

Our server Jen was the real queen of the jungle. We rolled in with two hungry safari rascals, and she clocked the situation faster than a cheetah on espresso. She took the kids’ orders immediately, and their meals swung onto the table so quickly it felt like they’d been zip-lined in from the canopy. No meltdowns. Crisis averted. As for me, I hydrate like a camel crossing the Sahara, and Kim never let my glass hit low tide… wildly appreciated. The food was really good and the atmosphere delivered the full expedition package: thunder rumbling, jungle buzzing, animatronic wildlife minding their business. It’s immersive without being chaotic. Top-tier service thanks to Jen, great food, and a dining experience that felt like a family adventure instead of a logistical exercise. Five stars from this well-fed safari crew.

I like going to a rainforest cafe, it's a fun place for families. I ordered the chicken fajitas. It came with plenty of chicken and veggies. I could have used more cheese and sour cream but I find places don't give enough of that everywhere. We sat in the elephant area and my son loved watching them. The gorilla area is my favorite. When you are waiting there are plenty of things to look at in the store and there is always the fish. Stop in and grab some food if you are around the area.

I want to recognize an outstanding server at Rainforest Cafe — Kayla — who made our Valentine’s Day truly special. From the moment we sat down, she treated my wife and daughter with exceptional kindness, patience, and genuine care. She made them feel celebrated — not just served. Her energy matched the atmosphere perfectly, her recommendations were spot-on, and she stayed attentive even during what was clearly a busy shift. Drinks never went empty, food came out smoothly, and she handled everything with confidence and warmth. What stood out most was how personal she made the experience. Kayla didn’t just do her job — she created a memory for my family. That level of service deserves to win.

As far as service great, as far as food great, as far and atmosphere fantastic but we went today and we noticed a pregnant about to lay her eggs fish. A salmon snailfish to be exact. I learned after looking it up. We told the girl working in the gift shop who then told the host and the host called a manager. The manager did not realize we were still there and I saw them laughing and looking around the tank like “what am I supposed to do”. When we specifically told them if she had her babies in that tank the other fish will eat her eggs/babies as soon as she gives birth. We were told the were going to get “the fish person” but nobody came and we waited around to make sure that someone took the fish out of the tank. Other fish were already following her and it just felt so sad to me. We even apologized for being crazy because who cares about a fish right? But we are at a place that is supposed to love and care for animals and I don’t know anything about fish but I do know that any animal or human just wants a safe place to lay eggs or birth their babies. It seemed like animal cruelty and I will NEVER go to rainforest cafe again. Who knows how many fish have died in their tanks because of lack of care. I feel like we hold aquariums to a standard and zoos to a standard so rainforest cafe should be held to a standard. Super disappointed. I’m sure so people will read this and think it’s just a fish. I would have agreed with you until I saw this momma trying to find a safe place to lay her eggs. Edit: I would happily love to hear from the biologist that removed her from the tank before her eggs were eaten. I also sent an email to corporate telling them the same. I have a VERY hard time believing that someone came to help her considering the amount of time we were there and checking on our way out at closing time and the tank did not appear to messed with at all. I don’t know why I care about a fish in a tank at a restaurant but it definitely hurt my feelings and I just feel like if you’re housing animals it is also your responsibility to care for them properly. Your staff didn’t even know she was pregnant let alone about to lay her eggs so that in itself seems like an issue. How would they know to call “the fish person” when they didn’t even know that there was one pregnant? So yes please have your biologist email me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
