When we called for assistance, the woman on the phone spoke loudly and rudely, deferring any accountability and offering no solutions. She argued with us and then abruptly hung up when we asked for her name. When we called back, the call was ignored/put on hold several times. They finally answered, but the woman had a younger employee answer, as she avoided the call. We called back, seeking the original woman’s name, and she answered, but again deferred any responsibility and refused to give her name knowing she had done wrong. This was around 11:30 am today. The woman sounded to be 35-45 years old and overweight. Best I can do with no name. I don’t recommend this location 🤷♀️
