  As a door dasher I often visit this pizza hut to pick up orders. New years day I came in the older white lady was just frustrated because they were busy and was very rude. Was not nice nor professional at all. I cancelled the delivery because it was going to be another 15 minutes for them to have my order ready. Also, when you pick up, they treat you as if you’re going to steal the food. I do understand some DoorDash’s are sketchy, but I don’t have time for that and I don’t like being treated like I am going to steal somebody’s food. Every time I come into this Pizza Hut, it’s not a good experience. They need a more professional manner..

  I have driven 7 hrs to Nashville, decided to order a pizza to the hotel. They said it’d be 45 minutes, its been 3 hrs and I still haven’t gotten it. To be fair they have said they’d refund my money, but am extremely hingry and still no pizza. (Update) I ended up calling again and being told that though they made my pizza just no driver would respond. In frustration I told them to just cancel it. It was so late most restaurants were closed. I called back to complain to the manager, she was apologetic and said it was the drivers fault because no one would come take the delivery. They told me if I was willing to come get the pizza they would make a fresh pizza. I felt the way it was presented as if Pizza Hut wasn’t at fault and I could fix it if I wanted too.

  Tiffany was amazing here at the WestEnd location. Please give them a thumbs up for great customer service and amazing service with awesome atmosphere👍👍👍👍👍👍

  Had an absolutely awesome experience . Visiting from Indiana on a less than Happy occasion with father at vanderbuilt hospital. I walked in to order I was greeted right away with a smile even though the lobby was full of door dash drivers, phones in her face as well as the young man that was up there helping her. Upon placing the order Tiffany introduced herself and Steve who was helping her hand then out they had me check my pizzas to make sure everything was correct and her words of your a part of our hut family and family takes care of family. Just says so much and hit home right now especially. On top of that the food was delicious, came out in time promised and well you already know the customer service was phenomenal ! so A big Thank you to Tiffany and team!!
