What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability — no food, wasted time, and zero help resolving it. If you’re going to rely on third-party delivery, there needs to be some responsibility when things go wrong. Extremely frustrating experience. Won’t be ordering again.

I couldn’t even get a smile last night from the guy who took his time to let me in from the freezing cold as slow as he possibly could. Last time I was in there a girl in there who was bubbly and friendly and eager to help someone. It was later in the night when I ordered but the pizza sauce and topping was mostly on the end on the pizza leaving the crust and the top dry. It was a lot to be desired with service and quality last night. Should have gotten couple cheeseburgers for a couple bucks instead 11/31/25

When I asked him to wear gloves he said they didn't have any and that he would just wash his hands. He also didn't wash them for 20 seconds and then went on to say that no papa johns employees ever wear gloves. He said he has worked at multiple papa johns and that non of them wear gloves. This is a health concern. I will definitely not be back and I will never eat at a papa johns ever again. Im highly disappointed.
