Ready 40 min. late. No refund issued by this franchise. 3rd time: wrong item in meal. They generally correct mistakes, but are chronically late so do not rely on the online order even if you do it 24-48 hrs ahead of time. Your best best is to order and plan picking up 30-40min past the pick up time. Food has always been good.
