Ready 40 min. late. No refund issued by this franchise. 3rd time: wrong item in meal. They generally correct mistakes, but are chronically late so do not rely on the online order even if you do it 24-48 hrs ahead of time. Your best best is to order and plan picking up 30-40min past the pick up time. Food has always been good.

- DHdouglas hallOct 15, 20251.0Sad thing is half the order was missing, when I went back I was told they were out, and it seemed like shorting an order was my problem, not theirs, Panera is off my list, if I pay for it I expect it or a refund, if I don't get it it's just theft. The way I was blown off left a bad taste in my mouth, 39$ after tip and I got a soup, half a grilled cheese and a sandwich. The bread, bagel, chips, and desert was gone, daughter was having a bad day to begin with her mom unconscious in the ICU, I gave her my sandwich so she would at least have a full meal
