And EVERY single time I get home with multiple items missing. Ordered a small meal again tonight, figuring the smaller it is, the less they can get wrong… nope, got no dressing, no cookie, no fruit cup. I was missing more items than were in the bag. Showing frustration here as this isn’t the second or third time we’ve reported this. It’s the fourth. The food is great otherwise, and the location itself is somewhat clean and not too busy.

But thats not really what peeved me ,it was the decorum of the employee running the register and the manager as well .... very low class . I was about to purchase our food and she informed me we needed a code for the restroom without even giving me the chance to order ... My wife is disabled and was waiting for them to decide whether or not to give us the code for their restroom while we were in the midst of ordering food . I think honestly and truly if you are disabled and thinking about stopping there , I would strongly discourage you from it . Truly felt very unappreciated as a customer . Do better Panera, do better
