  The service was terrible and slow. We may have seen two waiters in the whole place. We had two of the three-course meal, and it took 15 minutes for the cheesecakes to come out after the meal, not to mention they had one of the flavors/drizzles wrong. We will not be visiting this location anytime soon in the future.

  You could tell the waiter was having a rough evening. You continuously hear him complaining.. the bloomin onion was obviously amazing. Just too much for one person. The bloomin fried Chicken was edible, the breading kept falling off.. Both of my sides were mashed potatoes. No matter how much I doctored them up, they were still disgusting.. the best thing about it I think was my Dr. Pepper and time to relax for a minute .... I'll go back to Outback. Just not this one

  My family and many others thoroughly enjoy coming to Outback and enjoying great food and gathering and fellowship. We came in tonight and through the entire time we were there we saw our waitress maybe 8 times (including when not even interacting with our table), which during a full meal ( we ordered appetizers, drinks; and full meals)…..seems quite off from the norm. The other staff were consistently checking on their tables, helping each other. I went without a refill for over 10 minutes and that was until a staff member (not our waitress) checked on us. When my steak came out it was very medium well, I asked for medium rare… the mistake was fixed (even though the rest of the table was basically done with their food by the time my second try came). That is very lame. In addition to that the side of fries that came with my order would be considered a small fry in most establishments. The reason “excuse” was that they are plated by the handful and “small hands” might have been the reason. Really Outback? Get a scoop or something where your kitchen can be consistent. Your food is not cheap cost wise for the consumer, you need to be sure to give the customer at least a fair amount compared to the meal cost and what the menu states! Though our waitress only had two tables including us, that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service we were shown. And the survey that comes up on the screen literally showed for maybe 10-15 seconds and cut off before I could give a review. Definitely not the usual experience of going to Outback. Hopefully it won’t be like that again!

  Had a terrible experience with my service. But the food was amazing and the rest of the staff was on point. I also want to shout out Janise who saved the whole experience

  I had a bad experience at the Hermitage location today. I was there to have a birthday lunch and my friend was running late. The host a tall, young man, with very big hair, was urging me out when my friend was late asked me why I did mot get a table. He was agitated, when I contacted my friend, who would be late, I suggested that I would order a cake while I waited. The host tried to have me sit in the “to-go” area. This was not at all what I was hoping for for a birthday celebration and I felt like this associate did a very poor job. I won’t go to that location again.
