  The hostess was awesome. The server was decent. The food was not good. Started with appetizers. I love bloomin onions, not this one. They didnt let the oil drain from it, so it was swimming in oil. Not my issue, it was the taste of old oil that had my stomach rolling. Then the trio appetizer came. The fries were raw barely cooked. My 10 loved the mozzarella sticks and her drink. Then our meals came out. Not one of the burgers were seasoned, just not flavor. The fries were again raw. It was just not what I expected from this place. Maybe it was an off night, but I will spend my 100 somewhere else. Oh and not to forget, they put a game console thing on the table to pay your bill, it also has games on it. That is a 3 dollar charge on your bill for it.

  The employees here are very bad, very bad, my order was stolen and they say this after making me wait for 10 minutes, the workers who are beyond terrible

  Customer service is terrible. Manager will not come to the phone after employees get them. Waited over 20 minutes on hold to not get any help. Whoever answered the phone was rude. I place a mobile order on 2/13 for 103 dollars. When it was delivered, we only reciewed the sides. The main dish was left at the restaurant. I called, the manager said be on the lookout for a refund next day. It will be a fast refund since I used the outback app. 7 days later no refund and no answer from the restaurant manager when I call. I will never eat here again and now have to dispute this with my bank. Can’t wait to get a hold of corporate on Monday. Terrible place. I work hard for my money and this place treats you like you’re not a paying customer. I wish I could give zero stars.

  Absolutely horrid. Who takes a whopping 40 minutes to cook a salmon? , floor was dirty also and looked like it had animal or human waste on the floor.

  Made reservations for Valentine’s Day almost two weeks in advance. They asked what time we would like and we chose 6:30. When we arrived we were told we’d still have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes and were on a wait list. Extremely disappointing and disorganized. If you have reservations it’s your job to set aside those tables. Do not make reservations here for holidays, should have expected it.
