First time here, on the recommendation of a friend. Busy enough that you need reservations. Walk from near Bridgestone Arena was easy. Our group loved the assorted salads and raw bar options especially the tuna crudo and the beet salad (presentation matched the flavor). Steaks, crab cakes, and scallops were perfectly cooked. Our group really liked the grilled mixed mushrooms and the grilled heirloom carrots. Bar had good pours and an excellent selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

This is a very conveniently located steakhouse if you're at a conference or event at Music City Center. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about. I'd say the appetizers and sides were above average, but the steak was not as good as I hoped it would be for the price. I hosted a business dinner here and we waited well over an hour between appetizers and receiving our entrees. When we got the entrees, we did not get our salads or sides -- they were all another 10 minutes or so after. I'm sure this is not common, but it was a poor experience for me and my group. I hosted 6 people, and the cost was around $80 per person after tip.

I am a regular attendee at the Oak in Charleston and was excited to try this one in Nashville but came away quite disappointed in the service and disorganization. We arrived at 7:25 for our 7:30 reservation and was told our table would be ready soon. We watched as others came in after us and were seated but we were not. I asked the hostess around 7:50 if they still had our table and she apparently not realize I was still waiting so disappeared for 10 minutes until I was seated. Once we were seated, our food took over an hour to be served after ordering. Our waiter did the best he could but the kitchen really dragged their feet and it was close to 9:15 when we ended up eating. We were only a 3 person table so we were kind of shocked that it took so long. We paid the $400 bill and tipped accordingly but it was very off putting how there was no apology for our wait (for the table and the food). I understand things can get busy, but they were not organized at all and dinner took 3 hours (mostly waiting) because of it.

This was honestly probably the best dining experience we have ever had. My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and Lindsey was the most amazing server we could have ever hoped for. She was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and funny which completely made our experience. The food was beyond 5 stars. My husband's steak was one of the best steaks he has had at a steakhouse. I got the bolognese with ricotta gnocchi and it was a great alternative to steak. I will have dreams about the brussel sprouts and beef tallow fries. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for such an amazing experience!!

Tonight, I attended a dinner hosted by a pharmaceutical representative. I informed her of my pescatarian dietary preference, as I had previously attended a similar event with another representative and found the market-caught fish unappealing. She assured me that she would make the necessary accommodations. Upon her return, she informed me that she had informed the restaurant of my pescatarian dietary needs, and they had agreed to substitute the fish on the menu with scallops. I ordered the scallops, which were satisfactory. However, due to the dim lighting in the restaurant, I was unable to see the contents of my plate. As I was eating, I noticed a distinct meaty taste on my plate. I turned on my phone’s flashlight to investigate and discovered that the bacon was the culprit. I informed the waiter about the issue, and he attempted to apologize and offered to make a replacement. I requested shrimp, but the waiter initially assured me that the shrimp would be fine. However, when I returned to the table, to tell they have remake it plate I initially had then the scallops were cold and not as fresh as they had been initially served. The waiter apologized again and suggested that the scallops may have been rushed. I expressed my suspicion that they had been replaced from my other plate. The waiter offered to get me extra dessert to take home, but I decided to have the butter cake muffins. Later, the waiter returned to inform me that the butter cake muffin was unavailable. However, I experienced an instant headache while sitting there, which persisted throughout my meal. I took some medication in hopes of alleviating the pain. As I drove home, I noticed that the headache had not subsided. I suspected that the bacon was the cause of the discomfort. I decided to contact the manager to report the incident of my headache. The manager responded nonchalantly, expressing regret for the headache but offering no specific solution. I proceeded to explain the situation with the scallops, which were not hot and fresh as initially served. The manager repeatedly denied that the scallops were fresh, despite my insistence. Finally, the manager apologized for the headache and offered to speak with the kitchen. I became frustrated and demanded to speak with the corporate number. Because I just felt like he was sincere or trying to accommodate me to regain my service. So I asked for the corporate number and he gave me some random number. Please don’t ever eat here. They don’t care about you.
