I went here alone for my birthday on 12/20/25 because I had heard how great the food was. I drove a little over an hour from my home and I was not disappointed. The bar area was smaller than I expected and that's where most people wanted to sit. I waited a while to be served my drink. I wanted a cosmo at first, but the bartender stated they were out of an ingredient to make it so I ordered a S3x on the Beach. For dinner I ordered the lambchops, Mac and cheese and collard greens. I have never gotten full at a restaurant or a bar like I got full from my meal here. The lambchops with the maple syrup glaze was amazing, the Mac and cheese was creamy and the collards did not have an overwhelming vinegar taste like I'm used to from some other places I've visited. The music was great, the staff was polite and accommodating and the patrons were nice as well. I really enjoyed my birthday there and I will definitely be back!

SADLY this is NOT a good review. Visiting from Philly & this was one of the WORST restaurant experiences!! From the time we walked in we were NOT even acknowledged. We had to seek out an employee to inquire about the check in and reservation process. Then we were sent to a “waiting area” which was in the back of the restaurant & it was more like a storage area and/or an employee entrance. Again we sat for another 20-25 minutes without an acknowledgement or update on our reservation. We had to go to the front to inquire about the reservation because the employee who allegedly checked us in, did not inform other employees that we were there before she clocked out. Someone seated us with no menus, silverware etc. After sitting there for a few minutes I made another reservation at a reputable restaurant, called an uber and we left. I failed to mention that the chairs were not sturdy & I almost fell out of it. Again SADLY, this restaurant appears to be overwhelmed and severely understaffed with inexperienced personnel. We were celebrating a birthday and I was NOT about to WASTE my time and MONEY at an establishment that didn’t even acknowledge my presence upon arrival ESPECIALLY when they automatically add gratuity to the bill regardless of the service. My advice to anyone living in or visiting Nashville to AVOID supporting this establishment until they get their act together, if they ever do. I had high expectations for this restaurant based on the reviews but talking to several patrons leaving the restaurant, they indicated poor service is the norm. I purposely made a reservation to avoid waiting and I’m beyond disappointed and disheartened that the service was HORRENDOUS !! Unfortunately, I had a similar experience at throne in Philadelphia but at least I ate & have to say the food was good. Do better PLEASE

Stopped by for some food and happened to pop in during happy hour. Isaiah recommended the lamb chops and they did not disappoint. They were tender and flavorful. We also got the spinach dip which came out with freshly made pita chips. Those were also good! The entree we picked was the fried catfish, greens, and mac. The portion was enough for two people. And the buy one get one Don Julio deal was the best we've see. Isaiah had a full bar and was the only bartender but was still super attentive and would check in with us to see if we needed anything. Super happy about our random food stop. Definitely recommend.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences in Nashville! From the moment we sat down at Noir Nashville, our server Landon made the night unforgettable. His energy, knowledge of the menu, and genuine attentiveness took the experience to the next level. He was personable without being overbearing, anticipated our needs, and made spot-on recommendations that we’re still thinking about. And let’s talk about the food—because WOW. The mac and cheese is, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, rich, and indulgent with every bite. It’s comfort food done to absolute perfection. The hot honey wings were just as incredible—crispy, flavorful, and balanced with the perfect mix of heat and sweetness. I could have ordered a second round without hesitation. Between the amazing food and Landon’s exceptional service, Noir Nashville delivered a flawless experience. This place is a must-visit, and if you’re lucky enough to have Landon as your server, you’re in for a treat. We’ll definitely be back! 🍽️🔥✨

As an avid foodie with a passion for discovering hidden gems, I often find myself traveling far and wide to explore the local dining scene based on recommendations and social media buzz. On a recent trip to Nashville, I decided to check out a restaurant I discovered through TikTok reviews. Given the restaurant’s 4.2-star rating, I was optimistic—though I should have taken that rating with a grain of salt. I ordered the stuffed chicken, paired with candied yams and smoked mac and cheese. The initial hiccup came when I was informed, after a 20-minute wait, that they had run out of yams—yet this wasn’t communicated to me when I first placed the order. A small oversight, but one that could have been easily avoided with better communication. The mac and cheese, which I was particularly excited to try, was unfortunately lacking the subtle smokiness and creamy depth promised by the Gouda. Instead, it was overwhelmingly salty, to the point that it drowned out any trace of the cheese. The same issue plagued the stuffed chicken, which was excessively salty, leaving me with an uncomfortable aftertaste. I shared my feedback with the waitress, who assured me she would notify the kitchen. However, when I overheard the kitchen staff’s response to my concern, I was disappointed to hear them dismissing it with laughter, as though it were a trivial matter. There was no attempt to address the issue, and no manager or staff member came over to offer an apology or even acknowledge the inconvenience. The waitress did apologize, but it felt more like a formality. After handing me my receipt, it was clear that the staff’s indifference to my feedback was disheartening. As a guest, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, especially considering that excessive salt can have significant health implications for some people. While I don’t wish to tear down a business, I do hope that someone from the restaurant takes the time to reflect on this experience. As a diner, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a certain level of care and attentiveness. This is a lesson in hospitality that extends far beyond the food itself. Perhaps this is just the local flavor of Nashville, but it certainly left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience.
