My wife and I made the 3.5-hour drive from ATL to celebrate her birthday at Nior and finally experience Chef Brandon’s food for ourselves. Let me just say, the trip was absolutely worth it.
It was pretty busy for a Sunday, but the staff handled it with real professionalism. No one felt rushed, and those of us waiting never felt forgotten. That balance alone set the tone.
Once we were seated, our server Courtney, was outstanding. Knowledgeable, attentive, and personable, she truly elevated the experience. She made my wife feel celebrated with a complimentary glass of wine topped with sparklers and gave us spot-on dinner recommendations. And that strawberry crumble Bundt cake? Chef’s kiss. Seriously.
Chef Brandon even came out multiple times to check on guests, which speaks volumes. You can tell he cares about both the food and the people enjoying it.
For starters, we had the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, and as someone actually from Philly, I can say they passed the test. For dinner, I had the stuffed chicken with greens and Gouda mac and cheese. My wife ordered the oxtails over hibachi rice. Every bite was on point.
The atmosphere was smooth, grown, and welcoming. As a bonus, we even ended up sitting near MJG from the legendary duo 8Ball & MJG, which was a cool surprise.
Overall, great experience, fair pricing for the portions and quality, and definitely somewhere we’ll be returning to. If you’re considering making the trip, do it.

Vincent was the absolute kindest and most helpful customer service attendant during my visit this time. He was super helpful, and always went the extra mile to help where he could, with a great smile and exemplary customer service skills.
The atmosphere was immaculate, with what felt like a touch of class this time. The decor and placement had definitely been changed since I was there before Christmas.
I had salmon, greens, broccoli, and yams. Everything was good and seasoned to perfection. The only thing that I did not care for was my salmon size seemed small compared to what I received last visit. Although I know salmon is an expensive meat, my friends had two healthy portions of catfish (also an expensive meat) and had some left over to take home, while my portion was much much smaller.

Me and my boyfriend came in Last Saturday evening on Valentines for dinner and our sever Kennedy was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and answer all of my boyfriend’s questions. She was very patient and helpful with him. I’m not sure how she was able to keep smiling during our service but she did.
Our drinks came very quickly and so did our appetizers. We ordered a lavish martini and a smoked southern hospitality. Accompanied with our bang bang shrimp for an appetizer. All were amazing (drinks recommended by our server)
Our entrees were a little slow getting to us but she made sure to keep the drinks following. We did get the lamp chop and they were cooked perfectly and not to small on there portions size either. And that Cajun cabbage FYE!
This was our first time coming Noir, I told her I will definitely be back in April for my birthday with my girls. If you go to Noir ask for Kennedy.
My experience at Noir ended up being amazing. My server was destiny and she was great and very attentive. When she noticed that I was missing half of my meal and my husband had his whole meal she took immediate action. She informed me that the rest will be right out and made sure that happend with urgency. I didn’t ask for a manager because I’m not a complainer, but she informed her manager anyway, which is what stood out the most. The Manager’s name was Cierra. She was very welcoming and kind, she informed me that she was aware of the situation and took care of it. I don’t even have time to complain if I wanted to. Within less than a few minutes Cierra brought the rest of my food out, destiny made sure everything was great and baby it was delicious. Now this is how you take care of your guest! I felt catered to by my server and the manger without even bringing it to their attention! 100/10! I will definitely be returning based off of outstanding service, delicious food and atmosphere!
Noir sits at a corner location. Parking is in the rear. Upon entry to the restaurant, you walk into the rear of the bar, which is an odd entry point because guests are not greeted. The check in stand is located in a very secluded location. You must walk along the side of the bar & check in is around a corner - there is no immediate entry point - so your greeting is very delayed - once you find the check in stand. Once you get there, you are immediately welcomed and assisted with parking validation - so do not pay the parking fee in the parking lot behind the apartment complex that houses Noir.
Brunch was delicious today. The biscuits with strawberry jam and Philly egg rolls were all good. We also had oxtails with grits, the grits flight, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. The 2for1 Sangrias were sweet and yummy - both flavors. We enjoyed all of it.
Service was attentive and phenomenal by Jazzy. She pleasantly made sure our needs were met.
Unfortunately, the two seater tables are very tiny. We found ourselves trying to juggle moving glasses & dishes around often. The two seater tables are lined up too closely to each other; the limited spacing does not allow for comfort while eating your meal. You are placed too closely to the next table, not allowing for a private conversation or adequate space to relax and dine. The floors are extremely slippery. Today is a rainy day. I watched two ladies slide on the floors, both in sneakers. That is a hazard that will inevitably occur - but I hope it does not; the floors need to be corrected ASAP. Be careful.
