I called the customer service line and there is no direct line to the store. If you want a refund you have to go to the store within 48 hours of the order. Since I don't go that direction offer I have to eat the cost because there were zero of our order correct. I am sure the person who got our order was pretty disappointed too based on what they ordered.

Instead of my cheeseburger and large fry, I eventually realized that I had been given a large fry and a basket of fries- they were THE McDonald’s fries- the treason you go there…what you hope for…crispy, delicious, well-cooked and salted. I’m sorry for whoever got my order but I’m thrilled! I have a cold and wasn’t feeling well and this was a win today!

Two customers were waiting on one person's order. I loudly said, "We need help up here." I had to say this a second time before anyone came to help the other customer. I think it is poor planning not to have someone check the front counter knowing customers will need to pay at the counter with credit cards. It was not evident to me if a manager was on site.
