Had to walk the managers through my recipt to prove I ordered correctly. We ended up being there for over 40 minutes, 25 minutes waiting for the orders to be corrected and out fries. Everyone ended up eating cold food. People were nice and the restaurant was clean.

There is a hole were the water comes out that gets grounds up in it and the area around the basket opening isn’t wiped on regular bases’s. The manger’s seems to have Attendee’s when u let them know something is wrong.

The store seemed to be struggling delivering food to the wrong customers and it was very busy and the workers seem to be overwhelmed and disjointed. The french fries were cold and practically uncooked. I saw a sign on the drive-thru window to contact a phone number because it was privately owned. That should have been my first flag that was going to be a problem. Mcdonald's come on.
