The store seemed to be struggling delivering food to the wrong customers and it was very busy and the workers seem to be overwhelmed and disjointed. The french fries were cold and practically uncooked. I saw a sign on the drive-thru window to contact a phone number because it was privately owned. That should have been my first flag that was going to be a problem. Mcdonald's come on.

I literally ordered chicken nuggets and fries. An hour later and I’m STILL waiting. Every time we talk to the staff we are ignored. Nobody in the restaurant has gotten food. I’m in the trenches bro.

Between flat out wrong orders, forgetting items, ice coffee with no ice and 95% milk, fish filet that is BURNT to a crisp / dryer that a ritz cracker (don’t bother to order a double, they will never give you more than one patty), a spicy snack wrap that is hotter than most spicy chicken around town (idk what sauce they are using at this location … but it’s not the one that is at any other location), and so much more… this place needs to be looked into and potentially closed down until these issue are fixed. If you come here, you are guaranteed to be wasting your money and time. There is one just a few minutes down the road… take the extra time and go there.
- LRL ROct 20, 20252.0Several cars lined up PAST the drive thru waiting for orders. When they pull forward it looks like the order has been completed in a timely manner, when it fact it hasn't. There were so many waiting for their order there was no place else to move, so the entire line of cars waited. I went inside and people were waiting there too so I left.
